Delivery Teams

A dedicated team comprising regional and global World Scout Bureau staff, along with volunteers, has been assembled to oversee various functions of the conference. The successful organisation of the Youth Forum and Conference relies on key officer roles, filled by a diverse and skilled group of individuals from across the Scout Movement. These officers play a crucial role in ensuring effective governance and seamless event execution by providing oversight, guiding meetings, and facilitating institutional processes.

To support the smooth operation of the 19th Africa Scout Conference and 10th Africa Scout Youth Forum, the Africa Scout Committee has appointed the following Event Officers:
