General Information
The Scout Conference is a gathering of Scouts from around the continent to engage in leadership training, outdoor activities, team-building workshops, and community service initiatives.
The event is open to registered Scouts aged 18–35, Scout leaders, and invited guests or partners.
The 10th Africa Scout Youth Forum and the 19th Africa Scout Conference will take place in Antananarivo, Madagascar.
Registration & Fees
You can register online through our official conference website. Click on the “Register” button and follow the instructions.
The registration deadline will be communicated.
Participation fee covers accommodation, meals, materials, and activities for the duration of the conference.
Accommodation & Meals
Yes, all attendees will be accommodated. Participants are expected to bring their own personal essentials.
Yes, all meals, snacks, and beverages will be provided during the conference.
Please indicate any dietary needs during registration. We will do our best to accommodate all requirements.
Travel & Transportation
Transport will be arranged from key pickup points in major towns. Details will be shared with registered participants closer to the event date.
Check-in starts at 8:00 AM. Please arrive early to settle in before the official opening.
