The 19th Africa Scout Conference and 10th Africa Scout Youth Forum will be pivotal moments for shaping the future of Scouting in Africa. Key decisions on critical matters will be made, including Adoption of the Africa Regional Triennial Plan objectives, Amendments to the Africa Scout Region Constitution, Approval of Conference Resolutions, Selection of hosts for future Regional Scout Events and Elections for Youth Advisors and Africa Scout Committee Members.

Draft Regional Triennial Plan 2025-2028

The Draft Regional Triennial Plan 2025-2028 outlines the strategic roadmap to advance the new strategy for Scouting adopted at the last World Conference in 2024. This plan identifies key priorities and objectives to guide the Scout Movement’s growth and impact throughout the triennium. The incoming Africa Scout Committee will conduct a final review to assess feasibility, align resources, and harmonise the plan with approved Conference Resolutions.

Amendments to the Constitution of the Africa Scout Region

The following amendments to the Constitution of the Africa Scout Region have been formally proposed for consideration and approval at the 19th Africa Scout Conference. Following the Conference, an updated and comprehensive version of the Constitution will be published to reflect all approved changes.
